The Great Glenn Curtiss Look-Alike Contest Entry Form!

Get ready to channel your inner aviation pioneer! Show us your best Glenn Curtiss impression for a chance to win fantastic prizes and eternal Miami Springs bragging rights! We'll have two separate contests: one for our amazing young future pioneers and one for our seasoned community members!  

By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the following rules:

1. Miami Springs Residents Only: All participants must be current Miami Springs, Florida residents. Proof of residency may be required.

2. Appropriate Attire: All outfits and presentations must be family-friendly and suitable for a public, community event. The Centennial Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate.

3. Entry Fee: There is a $5.00 entry fee per participant. Once you complete this form, this fee will be collected via our website.

4. Submission: To secure your spot, complete this form via our website by June 18th, 2025.

5. Finals & Grand Prize: The top finalists from the Jazz Festival competition will advance to the final round on August 26th, 2026, Miami Springs' official birthday! The Grand Prize winner, selected from these finalists, will receive $1000!

6. Prizes: The top look-alikes in the Kids' and Adults' categories will be awarded on June 21st, the day of the Jazz Festival. The Grand Prize of $1000 will be awarded on August 26th, 2026, at our City's Birthday celebration.

7. Final Decision: All decisions by the judges and the Miami Springs Centennial Committee are final.
