Miami Springs Lion’s Club Donates 100 Trees for the Centennial Celebration

In honor of Miami Springs’ 100th anniversary, the Miami Springs Lion’s Club is proud to announce a green initiative that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. Kicking off on Arbor Day 2025 and continuing through 2026, the club is donating 100 trees to beautify our community and celebrate a century of progress and innovation.

The first tree will be planted this April, marking the beginning of a series of events designed to enrich our urban landscape and promote environmental stewardship. This special planting event invites community members, families, and local leaders to join in celebrating our city’s vibrant past and its sustainable future. Each tree planted symbolizes a step forward in our commitment to a greener Miami Springs and a tribute to our shared heritage.

Stay tuned for more details on the schedule and activities planned throughout this centennial celebration. We encourage everyone to be a part of this living legacy—help us plant the seeds of tomorrow as we honor the history of Miami Springs today.
